Born to a singaporean mother and a british father. Born in Hong Kong,raised in tokyo and spent the last 5 years in Austrailia ,the 17 y.o is taking the fashion world by storm,her blend of western and eastern look has given her the title '' Australia answer to Devon Aoki.'' Raquel has doll-like features but sharper bone structure,giving her an intriguing look between sweetchild innocence and a biker rebel.Expect to see more of her in next season runway!
